- When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address, and order details. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments — we do not see or store your full card details.
- When you sign up for updates or promotions: your email address.
Why we collect it
- To process, dispatch, and deliver your order
- To send order and delivery confirmations
- To respond to customer service queries
- To send marketing updates, but only if you've opted in
Who handles it
- Shopify processes our orders, payments, and stores customer/order records on our behalf.
- Klaviyo manages our marketing email list, for anyone who has opted in.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as necessary for accounting and legal purposes. Marketing emails stop immediately if you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw marketing consent at any time, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you have concerns.
